Solution: Wipe the slate clean by detoxing with lemon & warm water first thing every morning. You should also eat plenty of fruits & veggies (I get mine through Green Vibrance - to the right) to ramp up your fiber intake that will promote bowel movements. Also, take a daily pro-biotic to replace your body with the GOOD bacteria needed for effective, healthy digestion.
